Please read these TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Terms”) carefully before using or accessing the Google Site provided to you, the User, by us, fitbox (fitboxcorp.com). By using said Google Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
I. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms are effective as of May the 10th, 2017. We expressly reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to view these Terms from time to time and to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of the Google Site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgement of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by such Terms.
II. Fourteen day (14)-day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you shall notify us in writing to sales@fitboxcorp.com by making a request for refund. The request for refund must be made within fourteen (14) days from product delivery. Any request made beyond the 14-day period or by any other means shall not be acknowledged and accepted.
Upon a request validly made, you will be refunded with the purchase price into the same account you used to buy the product within fourteen (14) days from receiving the refund request.
III. Delivery
The product will be delivered within two (2) Australian business days from the date of successful payment has been made. On some occasions, however, we will require further information from you such as the supply of your logo or a suitable Google Account to assign access to. Nevertheless, we shall not be responsible for any delay due to the foregoing reason.
IV. Liability Limitation
We shall not be responsible for backing up the content of the Google Site provided as well as for any data loss. We do not guarantee nor warrant the continued uptime for the Google Site as the same is controlled or dependent by Google’s system. Hence, we shall not be responsible for loss of income in the event that the continued uptime for the Google Site will be affected for reasons outside our control.
V. Payment Plan
By choosing the payment plan, you are committing to pay the total price of the Affiliate System, which shall be paid in three (3) equal monthly installments. Payments shall be taken automatically for three (3) consecutive months. If payments on your account are declined we will notify you via email and attempt two (2) more times to charge your card. If payments are in arrears for thirty (30) days, access to the Google Site shall be removed without notice to you. Furthermore, you shall keep card details up to date and promptly notify us of any changes thereof in order to ensure payments come out on due dates. We further agree that credit card details shall be securely taken and stored in Stripe.com.
VI. Copyright
You agree that all systems, contents, information, and data found in the Google Site provided to you contains proprietary information and material that is owned by fitbox (fitboxcorp.com). If any of the aforementioned is shared to any third parties without our written authorization, access to the Google Site shall be terminated immediately without refund of any payment made.
VII. Ongoing Support
Purchase of the product will include twelve (12) months of email support. To submit support requests, simply contact sales@fitboxcorp.com. Support requests will be returned within forty-eight (48) hours.
VIII. Updated And New Systems
Purchase of the product will include twelve (12) months of any new or updated systems that we produce for the Affiliate Systems product. Updated or new flow charts, videos, documents or files will be sent to you via email for you to implement in your Google Site.
